At the center of it all is Chimney Rock State Park. Here vistiors can observe the local wildlife, Hike, climb, and Picnic. The parks main attraction is the 315 ft monolith "Chimney Rock".
Lake Lure Flowering Bridge
You will find over 2000 species of plants at the Lake lure flowering bridge. Take a leisurely stroll or participate in the provided scavenger hunt. You will also have a stunning view of Chimney Rock along the way.
Chimney Rock Village
Chimney Rock Village is the small town with something for everyone. Main Street is filled with shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars. Grab an ice cream or a coffee and explore all that Chimney Rock Village has to offer.
Lake Lure Beach
Relax on the lake's sandy beach, take a swim, or play in the water park located right on the beach! There is also a large, covered area to enjoy a picnic!
Rocky Broad RiverWalk
The River walk is a beautiful riverside path that runs along the edge of the river, where you can stroll along and take in stunning views of the river. For the more adventurous, there are plenty of rocks to climb and explore in between the river and the restaurants and shops.

10/06 - 10/22 Lake Lure Flowering Bridge - Dogwood Days Online Art Auction
The Lake Lure Artists and other artistic friends have created 41 unique pieces of art celebrating the beautiful Dogwood blossom, the state flower of NC. These pieces will be auctioned off ONLINE ONLY beginning October 6 through October 22. Proceeds benefit the LLFB Education Center project.
